House Rules

• No smoking inside the house!
• No parties, no events, no gatherings!
• In accordance with Indonesian immigration law, we are required to register every guest and submit their personal data—including a passport scan—to the immigration authorities using a dedicated government app.

• For the safety and privacy of everyone on the property, we do not allow unregistered persons or service providers on-site. This includes third-party photographers or any outside staff.

• Photoshoots are not allowed on the property. Of course, you’re very welcome to take your own photos during your stay.

• Activities such as yoga or massages are not permitted in the common spaces. The property is small, and we want to make sure all guests can enjoy a peaceful and undisturbed stay.

Reservation Terms

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
• Deposits are refundable up until 30 days prior to your check-in date, minus any applicable transaction fees.
• Our payment provider typically processes refunds within 2–14 days. However, they cannot process refunds for payments older than 180 days. In such cases, we will issue the refund via a different platform, deducting any fees imposed by that platform.
• Deposits for reservations made within 30 days of your check-in date are non-refundable.
• For reservations made within 7 days of check-in, the full payment is required at the time of booking, and these payments are non-refundable.
• Remaining balances are to be paid in Indonesian Rupiahs.
• You agree to pay all charges that incur during your stay at Villa Uma Dewi Sri and to bear the cost of missing or damaged items in the room unless those are reported to and approved by the management.
• You accept that Uma Dewi Sri can not be held responsible for any valuables left in the guest rooms. A safety box is available free of charge in every bedroom.
